5. Pour concrete for stairs

In the step pouring process, the upper part is carried out after the completion of the lower part pouring, and the upper part is prohibited if the lower part is not completed, and multiple parts cannot be poured at the same time. Concrete stairs pouring process is complex, the construction time is relatively long, but, durable, good safety, walking will not occur. The use of fully enclosed three-dimensional support mold, so that the cast-in-place concrete stairs have been formed before pouring concrete, so as to ensure the geometric size of the stairs, but also to avoid the quality problems that are prone to the traditional process support mold. 

The concrete surface of the staircase after mold removal is smooth and flat, the edges and corners are square, and the observation and measurement effect are perfect.
